Sliding Scale services are available upon request.

Payment

All major credit cards and HSA cards are accepted for payment.

Full payment will be required at each session.

Cancellation Policy

If you do not show up for your scheduled therapy appointment and have not notified us at least 24 hours in advance, you will be required to pay a $100 cancellation fee.

Copay, Out of pocket, HSA, FSA Payments will be taken on the morning of each session.
